ROC #359890 • ROC #360287

Welcome to Precision Flow Plumbing, LLC ("Precision Flow Plumbing," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern the services we provide. By requesting service, scheduling an appointment, approving an estimate, authorizing work to begin, electronically accepting an estimate, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Competitive Pricing

Precision Flow Plumbing may, at its sole discretion, match or beat a written estimate from a licensed local competitor for comparable scope of work, materials, and workmanship. Price matching is not guaranteed and excludes promotional offers, incomplete estimates, insurance work, emergency pricing, and estimates that do not reflect equivalent products or services.

Estimates

All estimates are based upon conditions visible or reasonably accessible at the time of inspection.

Because plumbing systems are frequently concealed behind walls, under slabs, underground, in ceilings, or otherwise inaccessible, unforeseen conditions may exist.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are valid for thirty (30) days.

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, Zelle, ACH, and major credit cards.

A processing fee of up to four percent (4%) may be applied to credit card transactions. Processing fees are determined by the payment processor and may not be refundable once the payment has been processed.

Returned checks, failed ACH transactions, payment reversals, or chargebacks may be subject to applicable bank fees, collection costs, and any remedies permitted by Arizona law.

Past due balances may accrue interest, late charges, reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, and collection expenses as permitted by law.

Arizona Preliminary 20-Day Notice

Precision Flow Plumbing may issue Preliminary 20-Day Notices in accordance with Arizona law to preserve lien rights for labor, services, materials, and equipment provided.

Issuing a Preliminary 20-Day Notice is standard construction industry practice and does not indicate a payment dispute.

Deposits

Deposits may be required to reserve scheduling, purchase materials, special-order products, permits, or equipment.

Residential deposits shall comply with applicable Arizona law and shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the contract price unless otherwise permitted by law.

Cancellation Policy

If a project is canceled after work has been scheduled or materials have been purchased, Precision Flow Plumbing may deduct costs already incurred before issuing any refund.

These costs may include, but are not limited to:

  • Labor performed

  • Purchased materials

  • Special-order materials

  • Permit fees

  • Restocking fees

  • Equipment rentals

  • Administrative costs

  • Scheduling costs

  • Disposal fees

Unused deposit funds will be refunded after applicable deductions.

Concealed & Unforeseen Conditions

Plumbing systems frequently contain hidden conditions that cannot reasonably be discovered during an initial inspection.

Examples include:

  • Corroded piping

  • Root intrusion

  • Hidden leaks

  • Improper previous repairs

  • Code violations

  • Underground obstructions

  • Deteriorated fittings

  • Structural limitations

  • Mold

  • Water damage

  • Slab movement

  • Pipe collapse

Discovery of concealed conditions may require additional labor, materials, equipment, excavation, rerouting, demolition, restoration, or repairs beyond the original estimate.

Whenever reasonably possible, we will communicate additional costs before proceeding.

Authorization for Additional Work

Customer approval may be provided by:

  • Digital signature

  • Verbal authorization

  • Text message

  • Email

  • Jobber approval

  • Signed change order

  • Invoice approval

  • Continued authorization to proceed after additional conditions are explained

Such authorization constitutes approval for the additional work performed.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe access to the work area.

  • Secure pets before our arrival.

  • Remove valuables or fragile items from the work area.

  • Ensure an adult (18+) is available when required.

  • Provide access to water, electricity, attic spaces, crawl spaces, cleanouts, and utility shutoffs when necessary.

Delays caused by inaccessible plumbing, unsafe conditions, or restricted access may result in additional charges.

Utility Interruptions

The customer understands that plumbing repairs may require temporary interruption of water, sewer, gas, or electrical service.

Precision Flow Plumbing is not responsible for losses resulting from temporary utility interruptions reasonably necessary to complete the work.

Existing Plumbing Systems

Precision Flow Plumbing is responsible only for the repairs specifically authorized by the customer.

Because plumbing systems naturally age, additional failures may occur before, during, or after our repairs.

We cannot guarantee the condition or future performance of portions of the plumbing system that were not repaired or replaced.

Older Plumbing Systems

Work performed on older plumbing systems may expose brittle piping, deteriorated fittings, frozen valves, corroded components, or previously concealed defects.

Additional repairs required due to these conditions are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

Drain Cleaning & Sewer Services

Drain cleaning removes existing obstructions but does not guarantee future stoppages.

Unless specifically stated in writing, no warranty is provided against future drain or sewer blockages.

Camera inspections represent conditions only at the time of inspection.

Leak Detection & Diagnostic Services

Diagnostic and leak detection services are investigative services and are non-refundable.

Findings are based solely upon conditions present during the inspection.

Precision Flow Plumbing cannot guarantee future system performance unless repairs are completed by our company.

Workmanship Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in writing, workmanship is warranted for one (1) year from the date of service.

The workmanship warranty does not cover:

  • Abuse

  • Misuse

  • Freezing

  • Neglect

  • Acts of God

  • Existing plumbing failures

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by others

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Customer-supplied materials

  • Chemical drain cleaners

  • Improper maintenance

Warranty service must be performed by Precision Flow Plumbing. Repairs completed by others may void applicable workmanship warranties.

Manufacturer Warranties

Parts, fixtures, and equipment are covered solely by their respective manufacturers' warranties.

Precision Flow Plumbing is not responsible for manufacturer defects, warranty processing, shipping delays, or warranty decisions.

Customer-Supplied Materials

Precision Flow Plumbing assumes no responsibility for the quality, compatibility, availability, performance, warranty, or failure of customer-supplied fixtures or materials.

Labor remains billable regardless of product performance or manufacturer defects.

Excavation & Restoration

Unless specifically included in the estimate, pricing does not include restoration of:

  • Landscaping

  • Sod

  • Decorative rock

  • Irrigation systems

  • Concrete

  • Asphalt

  • Drywall

  • Stucco

  • Flooring

  • Tile

  • Paint

  • Cabinets

  • Countertops

  • Masonry

  • Fencing

Restoration work may be quoted separately.

Permits & Inspections

When required, permit and inspection fees may be billed separately unless specifically included in the estimate.

Additional work required by inspectors or due to code compliance may result in additional charges.

Third-Party Contractors

Precision Flow Plumbing may recommend independent contractors or subcontractors when appropriate.

These individuals and businesses are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Precision Flow Plumbing.

By accepting any referral, the customer agrees that:

  • Precision Flow Plumbing is not responsible for their workmanship.

  • Precision Flow Plumbing is not responsible for scheduling, pricing, delays, warranties, or disputes involving third parties.

  • Agreements with third parties are solely between the customer and that contractor.

The customer agrees to hold Precision Flow Plumbing harmless from claims arising from third-party work.

Photography & Documentation

Precision Flow Plumbing may photograph or video work areas before, during, and after service for documentation, warranty, insurance, training, quality control, and dispute resolution purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid photographing personal belongings unrelated to the work being performed.

Force Majeure

Precision Flow Plumbing shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, utility interruptions, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Flow Plumbing's total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Precision Flow Plumbing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of use, lost profits, property damage beyond the authorized scope of work, or damages resulting from concealed conditions beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any legal action relating to services provided by Precision Flow Plumbing shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any accepted estimate, invoice, change order, or written agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Precision Flow Plumbing regarding the services provided.

Acceptance

By requesting service, scheduling an appointment, approving an estimate, authorizing work to proceed, electronically accepting an estimate, or submitting payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
